Key responsibilities include providing consultancy and training tailored to project needs, assessing and developing systems engineering practices, supporting international alignment on systems engineering expertise, and ensuring a full lifecycle approach to design. The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements for a leading defence company.Essential skills and experience:
- Proven expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Broad understanding of systems engineering lifecycle challenges
- Technical knowledge in relevant disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, software, or Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Degree-level qualification with substantial relevant experience
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Familiarity with international systems engineering standards
- Capability in delivering training or coaching
