Full-Time (36 hours per week)The post holder may be required to work in any of the College’s building as necessary.Job Purpose: To lead and drive the organisational development agenda across the College, ensuring the delivery of excellence across all elements of the service, including providing a world class programme of development, upskilling, support and innovative staff learning opportunities, for all employees. To provide vision and direction to advance pedagogy practice and professional development across the College. The post holder will be responsible for embedding a culture of teaching excellence and innovation, ensuring that professional learning and classroom practices align with regulatory standards, sectoral priorities, and organisational ambitions. This role will support the delivery of the College’s strategic vision by championing evidence-informed practices and shaping a high-performance teaching culture that underpins outstanding learner outcomes across Further Education (FE), Higher Education (HE), and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programmes.
