An opportunity has arisen for an Assessment, Payment & Monitoring Officer within the Personalisation & Assessment Team.The successful applicant will be responsible for the processing of financial assessments and personal budgets, calculating and processing appropriate and timely payments, along with providing support and guidance to staff and service users in respect of Financial Assessments and Personal Budgets.The post holder will be able to explain the charging, financial assessment, payment, and debt recovery process to a wide cross section of individuals with differing levels of understanding and knowledge.
