As our Compliance Monitoring Manager, you won’t just tick boxes, you’ll shape the integrity of our operations, influence Company culture and ensure we demonstrate the highest standards in aviation.As a Nominated Person, reporting directly to the Accountable Manager and working as part of the wider Group Compliance Team, the 2Excel Aviation Compliance Monitoring Manager is responsible for continuously reviewing and ensuring compliance in line with regulatory requirements and Company procedures for 7 aircraft types across 2Excel’s Type A Operating Licence, its Air Operator’s Certificate, its Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation and its Airline Training Organisation.This is your chance to lead a team of auditors from the front, drive continuous improvement, and make a real impact across the business.What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the Compliance Monitoring Department (CMD): Improving, maintaining and controlling a robust compliance monitoring framework that keeps our Approvals demonstrably aligned with regulatory and our own standards.
- Championing Quality: Identifying non-compliances and consequential risks, driving corrective and preventative actions and ensuring our teams are always audit-ready.
- Being the Voice of Integrity: Liaising directly with Regulators and Company senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Empowering Auditors: Selecting and guiding auditors, ensuring they’re equipped to monitor and uphold our standards.
- Shaping the Future: Ensuring our procedures and manuals evolve with best practices.
- Driving Feedback Culture: As the manager of our ISO 9001:2015 accredited quality management system, promoting open dialogue to continuously improve our services.
