- Strong awareness and understanding of the overall Bank and individual Business strategies, and how we can ensure we deploy the skills we need to the areas of the greatest impact in service of these strategies.
- Strong awareness and understanding of the markets and sectors in which the Bank operates to be able to project what the current and future of these markets and sectors looks like and how this will impact skill requirements across the Business.
- Responsible for defining a framework and approach for how we can deconstruct work within current jobs into individual tasks that are matched to skill requirements.
- Lead themselves and team members in line with our Bankwide values of 'Better Together', 'Never Settle' and 'Do the Right Thing'. Constant adherence to the Bank's culture of high performance that drives innovation through continuous career focused conversations.
- The ability to identify any risks in relation to talent process and governance and based on this information provide suggestions of how appropriate controls, measures and mitigations could be put in place to minimise impacts of any risks.
