- Collecting rent and supporting people out of rent arrears.
- Working in partnership to enable customers to access financial and tenancy support.
- Establishing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with emh colleagues and external partners.
- Legally escalating possession claims when appropriate, in line with procedure.
- Demonstrate emh values of Integrity, Diversity, Openness, Accountability, Clarity and Excellence.
- Have excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoy problem solving and finding solutions to help others.
- Understand household budgeting and welfare benefits.
- Are confident with calculations and numeracy.
- Are ICT literate.

- Have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- 39 days’ annual leave (including statutory days), increasing to 44 days with length of service (pro-rata for part time)
