Minimising financial hardship within our communities.Key responsibilities for the role include:
  • Collecting rent and supporting people out of rent arrears.
  • Working in partnership to enable customers to access financial and tenancy support.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with emh colleagues and external partners.
  • Legally escalating possession claims when appropriate, in line with procedure.
