Hello, we’re Glowmade! We’re an exciting independent company and the goal of our games is to unlock people's imagination and help them express themselves in wonderful, fun ways. Right now we’re busy building a new multiplayer cooperative game with an ambitious creative wrapper around it. We can’t say too much, but if you can imagine Jim Henson’s Labyrinth mashed up with Wrestlemania, then you’ll be on the right track!This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in our expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Production, Dee Patel, you’ll be working with our Engine & Tools Team and working closely with the Lead of the Engine & Tools team, Jonathan Maldonado Contreras, as you help take responsibility for resources, scheduling and completion of deliverables. You’ll be involved at all stages of production on the road to completion and release.   • Jump enthusiastically into understanding the ambition of the game, define the scope and break it down into a manageable schedule.
  • Work alongside the rest of the production team and the wider team and start getting a feel for what resources and assistance is required and when.
In six months you will be...
  • A central, supportive member of our small team, helping to keep everything moving forward towards the project schedule and goals.
  • Deeply involved with the day-to-day project, including status tracking, flagging risks, and resolving problems.
  • Provide insights of the process used on the project and make recommendations on how to improve efficiency.
  • Aligning expectations across multiple stakeholders, both inside and outside of the studio.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will…
  • Have excellent knowledge of Jira and other task tracking tools.
  • Have experience managing a project across multiple platforms.
  • Have experience managing projects on teams of 20+ people, a great communicator and people person.
  • Shipped at least one project
Advantageous qualities
  • Experience working on a Live Service Project
  • Interest in Game Engines and Game Development Technology/Tools.
