We're working with a leading Logistics company to recruit an Administrator / Customer Services Advisor on a temp-to-perm basis.About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a busy, fast-paced environment. Initially, you'll be based onsite for up to 12 weeks for comprehensive training, after which hybrid working will be available (split between home and office).Key Responsibilities:Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and carriersEntering and retrieving data using in-house systemsScanning, processing, and managing key documentation in line with deadlinesCommunicating with suppliers regarding invoices and paymentsProducing regular reports according to set schedulesCollaborating with internal departments to support business operationsWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in administration and/or customer service rolesExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenStrong organisational skills and the ability to multi-taskHigh level of attention to detailConfidence when working on the phoneComfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentBenefits (upon going permanent):Competitive salary of £25,200 per annumHybrid working after successful training periodOpportunity to join a growing logistics company with long-term career potentialBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
