- Provide excellent admin support to the healthcare team onsite
- Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
- Seeing patients on the wings - chasing paperwork and answering general enquiries
- Work on the healthcare system (SystmOne) - inputting mental health referrals and ensuring records are accurate, as well as running reports
- Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary

- Experience within an administrative role - any experience in a mental health or healthcare environment would be an advantage
- Any experience using a healthcare system such as SystmOne would be a bonus
- Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues, both internal and external
- Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
- Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
