Job descriptionPart-Time Science TechnicianSeptember Start Ofsted Outstanding SchoolChigwellWe are delighted to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Chigwell, rated Ofsted Outstanding, that is seeking a Part-Time Science Technician to join their team this September.This is initially a short-term role for the month of September, with the strong potential to extend further.The Role:
  • Supporting the Science Department with the preparation and organisation of lab equipment and resources.
  • Ensuring practical lessons run smoothly and safely.
  • Assisting teachers and students in maintaining a high standard of laboratory practice.
Requirements:
  • A background in science with experience handling lab equipment.
  • A DBS that is already processed (and registered on the Update Service) or in process.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting the department.
