Senior Tax Advisor – Private CapitalLocation: LondonContract Type: PermanentA leading professional services firm is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior to join its Private Capital Tax team. This team specialises in advising non-listed and privately owned businesses, high-net-worth families, and complex investment structures on a wide range of UK and international tax matters.Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on both UK and international tax matters, corporation tax,, capital gains tax, withholding tax and M&A transactions
  • Manage a portfolio of long-term clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Liaise with HMRC, financial institutions, legal advisors, and wealth managers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across UK and international offices.
  • Contribute to client communications and support business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong UK tax advisory experience, ideally across multiple tax areas.
  • Professional qualification (e.g. CTA, ACA, CA, ATT).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a professional standard.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
