
Tenant Liason Officer

- Liaise with residents to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure minimal disruption during planned works.
- Conduct site visits to carry out tenant inductions, monitor works progress, and complete aftercare checks.
- Support the collection and reporting of accurate data to meet internal and external standards.
- Organise and facilitate tenant events and support the delivery of service improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and resolve service delivery issues effectively.
- Experience using IT systems to manage and update project data and customer information.
- Understanding of health and safety, regulatory compliance, and the housing or construction sector is desirable.
