- Negotiate major supplier contracts, driving value, service levels, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Deliver on key KPIs including sales, margin, availability, and supplier performance.
- Champion sustainability and innovation across the product portfolio.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Proven track record in a senior buying leadership role, ideally within foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
