- Monitor engagement levels and act to continuously improve culture.
- Build and execute a recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier talent across Europe.
- Develop and own a best-in-class onboarding process that gets new hires up to speed quickly and culturally aligned.
- Create and implement leadership development programs for managers and executives.
- Identify skills gaps and design targeted training to close them.
- Build career progression frameworks for all functions.
- Own REP UK's performance review and goal-setting processes.
- Ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with performance.
- Partner with Finance to design bonus structures that drive results.
- Lead all HR compliance, contracts, and employment law matters across UK and EU markets.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records.
- Manage employee relations with fairness, discretion, and empathy.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on workforce planning and structure.
- Build scalable people processes to support rapid growth.
- 10+ years in senior HR or People leadership roles, ideally in high-growth, multi-market businesses.
- Proven experience building culture and engagement in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Deep knowledge of UK and EU employment law.
- Strong track record in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link people strategy to business performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - able to inspire and influence at all levels.

- Audit current people process, engagement levels, and talent gaps.
- Deliver a 12-month People & Culture roadmap.
- Launch key initiatives to strengthen culture and engagement.
- Implement improved recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Begin leadership development programs.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
- Have a scalable people infrastructure in place to support future growth.
