- Proactively manage complex and ever-changing calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions.
- Arrange detailed and complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting schedules. Prepare travel expense reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of meetings, from small internal gatherings to large-scale events and off-sites.
- Fostering effective communication and collaboration among various teams, you'll also be developing and implementing strategies to optimise and drive productivity for your executives.
- Work collaboratively with the global Executive Assistant team to provide support to each other and the collective Executive team.
- Have demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Have previous involvement in coordinating internal events, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- You have exceptional organisational skills and you thrive on managing multiple priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously.
- You are a strong communicator with an ability to foster collaboration among a cross functional, global team and influence senior leadership. Including internal and external stakeholders across global time zones.
- You are a proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
- You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality when partnering with your Executives, and always act with a high degree of professionalism.
