Salary: up to £60,000 plus BonusRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of a business delivering a major infrastructure project in the North West.This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and supportive team and be part of a major infrastructure delivery programme with long- term career potentialThe role requires a proactive individual with proven experience supporting senior directors or executive leadership, in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects who can balance competing priorities with discretion, accuracy, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, CFO, and COO, managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules.
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for the executive team.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and board packs, ensuring documentation is accurate and distributed in good time.
  • Attend meetings where required, capturing actions and ensuring follow-up.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling calls, correspondence, and emails with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office to the highest standard.
  • Manage confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Support with the co-ordination of key events, workshops, and leadership sessions.
  • Undertake general administration to support the effective delivery of executive priorities.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant at senior director or executive level
  • Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, or related sectors including Construction & Built Environment, engineering, capitol or major projects
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a busy leadership team.
  • Knowledge of working within large project teams or long-term programme environments.
