- This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week (4 out of 7). Shifts range between 07:30 – 16:45. Leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work in hospitality. 1 out of 4 weekends a month.
- The hourly rate is £12.30.

- Providing high levels of service of food and/or beverages to customers and enhanced prisoners, adhering to the standards set by the company.
- Performing cleaning and replenishment duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture. Ensuring service area and/or service points are clean and stocked up.
- Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner, which may include some light cooking.
- Monitoring and recording food and equipment temperatures.
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring the accurate cash handling procedures are followed in accordance with company procedure and till procedures.
- Barista duties.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and as part of a team.
- Ideally, previous experience within a catering environment. On the job training will be provided and must acquire basic food hygiene qualification within first six months of employment.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English.
- Customer service experience.
- Good timekeeping.
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
