- Provide CAD support across Asset Management, Projects, Maintenance, Commercial and Client teams.
- Update and maintain accurate as-built drawings, attending project meetings, handovers, and liaising with supply chain partners.
- Create or amend AutoCAD drawings to specified standards, including space utilisation updates.
- Interface with an internal drawing management system and ensure this remains updated and upload revised drawings to the CAFM system.
- Oversee and manage the space coding system to ensure all areas of the Estate are accurately coded.
- Collect and manage asset data using MS Excel and support in maintaining the asset register database.
- Update asset data within the CAFM system following projects, maintenance works, or minor works.
- Support the preparation of reports, PowerPoint presentations, and analysis for client meetings.
- Assist in the delivery of asset management services, including compliance, statutory inspections, and lifecycle planning.
- Undertake regular site visits (driving essential) to carry out verification surveys and collect asset/spatial data.
- Liaise with Asset Managers and colleagues across the team to maintain awareness of ongoing projects and ensure timely updates to the asset register.
- Support the delivery of technical services in consideration of; structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services, fire engineering services and develop programmes of work to address matters arising.
- Attend the Asset Management communities of practice forum with colleagues from across the UK to develop skills and support national initiatives
- A qualification in AutoCAD, ideally gained within a third-level built environment subject.
- Able to interpret complex data including multi layered AutoCAD drawings.
- A good understanding and working knowledge of CAD standards and Quality Assurance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with ability to manage and analyse large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail, quality-driven and methodical approach.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and the client via face-to-face contact, meetings, emails and written documentation on matters involving: property drawings, proposals, space planning, drawing updates and space utilisation analysis.
- Full UK driving licence and use of a car and willingness to undertake frequent site visits.
