- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide support to deliver digital solutions.
- Deliver high-quality technical services to the measurable satisfaction of clients.
- Support the development of technical strategies and technical assurance within discipline.
- Contribute to the development of AECOM's technical capability, helping to strengthen our ability to deliver value to clients.
- Support and guide the technical, personal, and professional development of junior team members.
- Engage in discipline-specific activities and collaborate across the wider business, contributing technical awareness to drive innovation and support business intelligence.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members and throughout the business.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, and process standardisation across the discipline group.
- Degree (or equivalent) in appropriate discipline, such as engineering or geography.
- Obtained or working towards professional membership of a recognised institution.
- Experience with large datasets related to asset characteristics and performance, including awareness of their acquisition, management, and analysis.
- Exposure to delivering or supporting digital solutions integrating data capture, management, analysis, and visualisation.
- Knowledge of asset management principles and their application within the water sector regulatory framework.
- Familiarity with project management - supporting technical delivery, monitoring quality and costs.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- ArcGIS, QGIS, FME
- Microsoft SQL
- R and Python
