Overview:IT Report AnalystZertus UK & Ireland (Humdinger Ltd, Kinnerton Confectionery & Lir Chocolates)Based at Kinnerton Confectionery (Fakenham, Norfolk) with hybrid workingAt Zertus UK & Ireland, we’re proud to be a food manufacturer with a fully in-house IT team. We work directly with our chocolate and snacking factories, supporting operations with smart, tailored technology solutions. We’re looking for a Report Analyst who’s ready to get hands-on with data, build new reporting tools from scratch, and help us continue to move toward more advanced analytics, including AI. Responsibilities:
  • Gathering, cleaning, and modelling data from across the business, including operational and machinery data from our factories, as well as finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales and Procurement.
  • Building and maintaining Power BI reports and certified datasets.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Using SQL and Python to clean, transform, and analyse data.
  • Supporting users across the business with training and reporting guidance.
  • Contributing to our journey into AI and advanced analytics.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting and data usage.
  • Continuously developing your skills through mentoring and hands-on experience.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine interest in data and technology.
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL (even if gained through personal projects or coursework).
  • Exposure to programming and data modelling (Python is a plus).
  • Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Good communication and a collaborative mindset.
