Overview:Supply Chain OperativeKinnerton Confectionery, Fakenham NR21 8AFWe’re looking for a proactive team player to keep our warehouse and production lines running smoothly!Position type: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40.25Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 4 on 4 off, 18:00 - 06:00Pay range: £14.30/hour (£29,929.90 salary equivalent)Breaks: 30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently load/unload vehicles and ensure kits are available lineside OTIF.
  • Remove finished goods, WIP, and excess packaging to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Accurately book goods using QAD and third-party systems.
  • Manage and record stock movements to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support excellent team and line performance, ensuring quality and specification compliance.
  • Adhere to factory rules, GMP, and food safety standards.
  • Report pest ingress, accidents, or property damage.
  • Ensure pallet and transaction accuracy.
  • Collaborate with QA and Purchasing teams on stock release and issues.
  • Escalate temperature/environment concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or production experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and seek appropriate resources to support and achieve goals.
  • A drive to succeed, improve and challenge the norm.
  • Relevant forklift licenses or willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving.
