On successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, there is then the potential to earn a performance related bonus of up to 20%.Shifts:Shift 1: Sunday - Wednesday 7am-3pm & Thursday 7am-2.45pmShift 2: Tuesday 11am - 6.30pm, Wednesday - Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday 10am - 6pm & Saturday 9.30am - 5.45pmShift 3: Sunday 10am - 6pm, Monday,Tuesday & Thursday 11am - 7pm & Wednesday 11am - 6.45pmLocation:Onsite, based at our brand new contact centre - Radar Road, Leicester, LE3 1UF with the opportunity to apply to work from home, in line with our working from policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service (eligibility criteria applies).Training: 29th September - 10th October 2025 (full commitment to training is required)From day one, you'll benefit from comprehensive paid training, so you feel confident, prepared, and ready to provide exceptional service worldwide.Overview:At the heart of our International Department, you'll be the friendly, supportive voice assisting our non-UK, English-speaking customers.
