- Handle incoming enquiries from customers in the UK, US, and Germany through various channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and pass along customer insights to help shape product and service improvements
- Create and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and expectations met
- Offer a helpful and friendly service that reflects the company’s values and commitment to customer care
- Work proactively to spot patterns or recurring issues and share these with the wider team
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
- Clear communication and good problem-solving abilities
- Confident with using computer systems and handling multiple tasks at once
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
