As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Drive transformational change across customer service function, both strategic and hands on
- Design, implement and continuously improve processes that enhance quality, efficiency and satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer service strategies with business goals
- Support, coach, mentor and up-skills members of the team
As a Customer Service Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally for a growing or transformation focused business
- Demonstrated success of process transformation and improvement
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others
- Strong communication and CRM skills
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will get:
- A salary of up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
