- Document objectives, scope, partner processes, and requirements.
- Understand and define user requirements and goals.
- Lead analytical thinking and use data analysis to drive decision-making and improvements, ensuring business processes are clearly mapped out.
- Work with the Product Owner to create use case scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria completed to the expected standard.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, engineers, QAs, agile delivery leads, DevOps, and UX to ensure that requirements are well-integrated and that development aligns with design and operational standards, and insights are well-integrated into the roadmap.
- In addition to working with specific teams, you will engage with multiple areas of the business, ensuring that no single area dominates your workload.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
- The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes.
- A passion for creating solutions with a positive-attitude to change.
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills, with a sharp eye for improving processes and finding solutions.
