We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Maxim Park, supporting our mission to build a robust, sustainable, and innovative supply chain that powers our long-term strategy.What you'll be doing
  • Championing supplier onboarding and accreditation management.
  • Coordinating high-impact supply chain and procurement events.
  • Driving performance monitoring through digital tools like Jaggaer.
  • Supporting risk reporting and dashboard creation for key stakeholders.
  • Organising forums and workshops with teams across Safety, Quality, Sustainability, and Technical.
  • Aligning with Group Category Management to ensure strategic consistency.
  • Conducting market research to inform smart procurement decisions.
  • Supporting the senior procurement team with day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.
Who we're looking forYou're a team player with a passion for supply chain innovation and a knack for organisation. You've got:
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain-ideally in infrastructure or construction.
  • Confidence in engaging with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Familiarity with digital procurement tools and Microsoft Office.
  • A sharp eye for performance metrics and compliance.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive to support multiple business units.
