- Championing supplier onboarding and accreditation management.
- Coordinating high-impact supply chain and procurement events.
- Driving performance monitoring through digital tools like Jaggaer.
- Supporting risk reporting and dashboard creation for key stakeholders.
- Organising forums and workshops with teams across Safety, Quality, Sustainability, and Technical.
- Aligning with Group Category Management to ensure strategic consistency.
- Conducting market research to inform smart procurement decisions.
- Supporting the senior procurement team with day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain-ideally in infrastructure or construction.
- Confidence in engaging with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with digital procurement tools and Microsoft Office.
- A sharp eye for performance metrics and compliance.
- A proactive mindset and a drive to support multiple business units.
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
