- Influence and shape the development of high-quality services.
- Ensure in-house services operate in line with the overall quality strategy for the directorate.
- Ensure robust processes are in place to address quality concerns and develop and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review and enhance systems for monitoring and responding to quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with CQC, other strategic bodies and national organisations.
- Use your knowledge and expertise to provide advice on best practice standards, quality assurance frameworks, remediation processes and CQC enforcement.
- Experience and knowledge of CQC's inspection regimes.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Agile and able to adapt quickly in response to changing needs.
- Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure, whilst balancing conflicting demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences.
