Partnership service. They will provide professional HR advice and support to staff, the wider HR team and managers,
facilitating the achievement of College objectives whilst managing risk and ensuring statutory compliance.Benefits

- HR or relevant Degree
- CIPD Level 5 is highly desirable
- 6 - 12 months previous experience in an HR Advisory post
- Data Management skills and experience
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to deal with various levels of delegates from students to senior directors
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience working in a confidential environment
- Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting and compliance due to the nature of this work, inclusive of a barred list check (if relevant for the specific role)
- Assist in collation of data for calculations on annual leave, working hours, flexible working, maternity requests etc to enable HRBP decision making.
- Ensure that both electronic and hard copy personnel files are updated, maintained and stored securely
- Develop standardised templates for letters, reports and standard operating procedures within Business partnering.
- Ensure that the HR Helpdesk queries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date action log of all outputs and recommendations made during the course of investigations.
- Support with recruitment and selection
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with stakeholders
- Work with HRBP colleagues to manage sickness absence
- Provide administrative support throughout business partnering activities including note taking and organisation of meetings
- Provide HR Support and guidance to management and act as note taker at relevant meetings as required
- Provide information and guidance to employees in relation to terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures.
