- Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Candidate Sourcing and Management: Identify, screen, and match candidates to client requirements across multiple positions
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job briefings, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Database Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate candidate information.
- A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Strong organisational skills
- Resilient and proactive, with a proven ability to achieve results
- Prior experience in recruitment or a related sales role is advantageous but not essential.
