Job DescriptionAs a Volume Recruitment Consultant, you will work with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional fast paced solutions. You will need to be comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management: Identify, screen, and match candidates to client requirements across multiple positions
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job briefings, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate candidate information.
About You
  • A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask with changing demands
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Resilient and proactive, with a proven ability to achieve results
  • Prior experience in recruitment or a related sales role is advantageous but not essential.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to shared success.
The role will be hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week. All training will be in the office.
