- Supporting the wider L&D team to deliver the national people strategy, programmes, and initiatives, providing a centralised administration function across the firm.
- Manage the Learning and Development inbox, processing queries within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Coordinate training room bookings and relevant training equipment to support all programmes and activities.
- Day-to-day efficient administration of the firm's L&D programmes within agreed timeframes, maximising resource use.
- Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Support the People Development portal, encompassing course materials and other learning materials.
- Managing joining instructions, registration, and post-course evaluation.
- Support learner access to the right information on the Learning Management System (LMS) and running standard reports.
- Ensure all employee details are current and up to date.
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required and assist the People Development team as necessary.
- Provide updates regarding the Learning and Development team via our internal intranet.
- Support the LMS e-learning portal, keeping courses current and relevant to the firm.
- Previous administration experience is preferable.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge or experience working with a learning management system is preferable but not essential.
- Must be structured, well-organised and meticulous attention to detail essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously.
