- Set up and configure new and existing IT service solutions to deliver fast and effective support for our employees.
- Configure IAM, user, device, and group policies for services.
- Guarantee a security architecture that ensures the privacy of our patients and staff data.
- Support staff with day-to-day tech problems, while delivering scheduled user and device onboarding
- Experience of onboarding users to an IdP and a variety of SaaS products
- Desktop and laptop device maintenance and management experience
- Cross-platform OS troubleshooting experience
- Ability to self-start and think outside the box to solve problems
- Healthcare sector experience and understanding of NHS technical standards
- PowerShell and / or Unix shell scripting experience (e.g.for Entra / MS365 tenant administration automation)
- Commercial experience onboarding devices with Intune Autopilot and securing them with Windows Defender policies
- Experience configuring and securing SaaS in a commercial setting
- Professional certifications
