- Providing first-line technical support to internal users
- Assisting with hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Logging and managing support tickets through our helpdesk system
- Learning how to maintain IT systems and networks
- Supporting the wider IT team with day-to-day tasks and projects
- IT fundamentals and best practices
- Customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving techniques in real-world scenarios
- How to work with a range of technologies and systems
- Industry-recognised qualifications through structured training
- A genuine interest in IT and technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- No prior experience needed — just enthusiasm and a desire to grow!
- Competitive salary - £15,600 per annum for 12 months, then increasing to NMW or NLW in accordance with Government guidelines
- 18 month contract- gaining an IT Qualification
