We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Planner / Associate Transport Planner to join a rapidly expanding team near Crawley.This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Planner who thrives on variety, client interaction, and project ownership. You will be trusted to lead small to medium-sized projects from inception through to completion, as well as play a key role in the delivery of larger, high-profile schemes.Alongside project delivery, you'll attend client meetings, liaise with external consultants and local authorities, collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team, and help support and mentor junior planners.If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, take on responsibility, and grow within a successful and supportive environment - this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Be Doing
- Leading small to medium projects and contributing to larger-scale developments.
- Attending client meetings and liaising with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
- Providing technical expertise in transport planning and modelling.
- Supporting the training and development of junior planners.
- At least 4 years' experience as a Transport Planner in either public or private sectors.
- Strong knowledge and experience of TEMPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRICS, and Excel.
- A Master's degree in Transport Planning (desirable but not essential).
- Membership of a relevant professional body (CIHT, CILT) - desirable but not essential.
- A full, clean driving licence.
