Your Role, Your ImpactAs a Caretaker, you will efficiently and effectively provide daily support and upkeep of the development, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. You will liaise with residents to address and resolve any issues related to communal areas, maintaining a secure and welcoming space for both residents and guests at all times. Additionally, you will support the development or property manager in upholding the highest health and safety standards across the site.Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the Building Manager in managing the developments
  • Conducting weekly and monthly checks and tests on building systems
  • Maintaining the standards throughout the buildings - both internal and external
  • Maintain standards within the carparking areas
  • Manage the refuse processes for both properties.
  • Carry out cleaning duties on a weekly basis and on an adhoc basis when required.
  • Step in to cover Building Manager when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in a caretaking position required
  • A great communicator Understanding of Health and Safety regulations including COSHH
  • Confidence with the use of power tools and working at heights training would be an advantage Confident, polite and courteous communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Exceptional customer service experience, with the ability to work multi-task, prioritise and manage various task simultaneously
