- Consistently Lead and manage the SEN provision across the School
- Develop and implement EHCP strategies and personalised learning plans
- Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure high-quality, differentiated classroom support
- Provide leadership and training to SEN support staff
- Liaise with external agencies, parents, and carers to ensure joined-up support
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, ensuring timely interventions
- Uphold and embed the School's inclusive ethos in all aspects of provision
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Proven experience in a SENCO or similar leadership role within an SEN or mainstream setting
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and best practice
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of conditions such as SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
