- Coordinate the preparation and submission of PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, and other bid documentation
- Organise bid kick-off meetings and internal reviews
- Maintain the bid tracker and monitor procurement portals for new opportunities
- Liaise with subject matter experts to gather content
- Ensure all submissions meet branding and quality standards
- Support reporting, bid performance tracking, and content library updates
- Assist with visual presentations and marketing collateral when needed
- Around 1 year of experience in bids, proposals, or marketing
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
