Production Operatives Wanted for Prestigious Client in Fakenham, NorfolkGap Personnel is delighted to be recruiting Production Operatives for our prestigious client based in Fakenham, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer, working within a friendly and supportive team environment.Role Details:
  • Position: Full-time or Part-time available
  • Shifts (4 on / 4 off pattern):
  • Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00 | £12.69 per hour
  • Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00 | £13.69 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting on the production line
  • Helping with the moulding and creation of chocolates
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch
  • Maintaining quality standards throughout production
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting other duties within the production area as required
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to follow processes and work well within a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
