Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are working with a leading litigation law firm based in Belfast that is continuing to grow across its core practice areas. As part of this ongoing expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their well-regarded team.This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, dealing with a broad range of plaintiff litigation matters, primarily focused on RTA (Road Traffic Accident) and personal injury (PI) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of plaintiff litigation files, including RTA and personal injury matters
- Provide clear, client-focused legal advice and representation
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with insurers and medical experts where required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experience handling litigation matters - RTA or personal injury experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A client-focused approach and ability to manage files independently
