
Growth Marketing Manager (Referral Programme)

- Referral programme ownership: Lead and scale our RAF programme with a sharp focus on both customer experience and commercial performance
- Customer communications (CRM): Build and test compelling comms journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channels to drive engagement, referrals, and friend conversion
- Campaign management: Develop and execute seasonal and always-on referral campaigns, collaborating with Brand, Creative, Legal and Tech to bring initiatives to life
- Commercial performance: Own referral offers and budget trade-offs, balancing discount value with customer retention and profitability
- Referral customer value: Optimise the lifetime value of referred customers through insight-driven improvements to targeting, messaging, and discounts
- Digital Product partnership: Collaborate with Product Managers in the Activate Tribe to identify and execute on product opportunities that improve the RAF journey end-to-end
- Experimentation & insight: Design and run A/B tests, conduct post-campaign analysis, and extract actionable insights to inform future growth
- Forecasting & reporting: Track performance, forecast sign-ups and orders, and confidently communicate programme impact across the business
- Strong experience in growth marketing, CRM, product marketing, customer acquisition, or customer retention roles
- Are commercially minded, with a knack for weighing trade-offs and identifying high-impact opportunities
- Can design and interpret A/B tests and use data to inform decisions
- Have experience working on or scaling referral programmes in a DTC environment
- Have hands-on CRM experience, ideally with platforms like Braze (or similar ESPs)
- Have experience launching and optimising insight-led campaigns that deliver business results
- Are proactive, organised, and action-oriented; you enjoy making things happen at pace
- Have a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects, driving alignment and holding others accountable
