You will provide exceptional customer service while using your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues proactively. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing team on impactful projects that enhance public safety.Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations, fostering strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Commissioning fire alarm systems while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Effectively managing your time to prioritize tasks and complete engineering reports, handover certificates, and checklists accurately.
What We Look ForEssential:
  • Experience in the Fire & Security industry.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Physical capability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred:
  • Relevant industry qualifications (18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA).
