We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of customer related projects within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This temporary role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by improving operational efficiency and project delivery.
  • Manage concurrent Customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Oversee budget allocation and resource management for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations across the supply chain.
  • Generate detailed reports on project outcomes and present them to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with both internal and external customers.

  • Proven experience managing projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Customer focus with experience interfacing with customers managing expectations and timelines
  • A strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management (from inbound materials to final delivery).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle complex projects.
  • Formal Project management training accreditations (Prince2, PMQ) - including practical application
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project/ MS Planner, Monday.com or similar)
  • Excellent Stakeholder management (Account managers, Finance, HR, Procurement & Supply chain, Manufacturing and Logistics and 3rd party logistics providers)
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
  • Experience working within a ISO9001/ 140001 accredited environment

  • A competitive daily rate of £275 to £350 per day (PAYE/ inside IR35)
