- Lead the development and promotion of a positive Quality culture within the company and its supply chain.
- Collaborate with project teams to create and implement project-specific Quality documentation such as Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Conduct regular quality audits at various sites, generating relevant reports, and investigating and reporting on Quality incidents.
- Monitor the resolution of non-conformances through corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide support to project teams by engaging with management, delivery teams, and our supply chain.
- Engage in client Quality initiatives, forums, and working groups.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a civil engineering/construction environment.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards.
- Familiarity with audit and inspection processes for construction projects and the ability to communicate their importance to the organization.
- Understanding of project lifecycle and quality integration points.
- Ability to adhere to business and functional processes and work methodically.
- Strong team collaboration skills coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in roads construction/reinstatement is advantageous.
- Possession of a full UK Driver’s Licence.
