With studios in New York and London, we offer creative impact on a global scale.As a Midweight Designer, you will be contributing to and assisting in the execution of projects from inception through to production. Our Midweight Designers are the ones who are producing the majority of creative material on a day-to-day basis.You will be:
  • Executing some project tasks independently whilst consistently artworking designs to a high standard under the leadership of more senior team members
  • Learning about materiality and demonstrating an awareness of project budgets
  • Supporting the team throughout the execution of projects
  • Developing client communication skills, good organisational skills and demonstrating a good understanding of the Creative Process
  • Being conscious of timings and budgets and proactive and communicative with regards to deadlines and expectations
  • Producing attractive and effective design documents independently, taking into consideration the nature of the project and client
  • Keeping team members regularly updated on the progress of tasks
  • Liaising effectively with all studio team members, contributing to Tuesday Club often and shows a keen interest in the project process across the studio
You must have:
  • Some level of education in the design field
  • The ability to carry out tasks independently and efficiently
  • Great attention to detail
  • A keen interest in learning and mentoring junior studio members
  • Excellent organisational skills that support the rest of the team and fall in line with studio standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistent demonstration of critical thinking
  • A passion for quality in every endeavour
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent team player attitude
  • Consistency in quality of work across projects and stages
  • Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • A hunger to constantly improve the studio’s output
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Salary£35,000Benefits
  • 25 days holiday
  • 1 additional day of holiday per year of service (up to 30 days)

  • Hybrid working, from the studio Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday optional remote
