Join us as a Change Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic transformation across Imperial University. You'll help create engaging, people focused change experiences that support our ambitious operational and infrastructure goals.What you would be doingAs a Change Manager within the Strategic Programmes and Change Team, you will lead the development and execution of change management plans across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. Your work will span communications, engagement, readiness planning, and benefits realisation, ensuring smooth transitions and lasting impact. You'll collaborate across faculties and departments, supporting individuals and teams as they adopt new ways of working and embrace cultural change.What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in delivering organisational change, with a focus on people, culture, and behavioural transformation
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience in Higher Education or service sector change programmes (desirable)
  • Experience of estates, facilities, or workplace projects (desirable)
  • Prosci® or equivalent change management qualification (desirable)
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

The initial focus will be on the Great Environment portfolio, enhancing our physical spaces and ways of working.
