- Proven experience in delivering organisational change, with a focus on people, culture, and behavioural transformation
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience in Higher Education or service sector change programmes (desirable)
- Experience of estates, facilities, or workplace projects (desirable)
- Prosci® or equivalent change management qualification (desirable)
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
