HoursFive days a week with two set days offLocationThis role will be based at our Motorstore in Stafford.About the roleAs an EV Specialist, you will help our customers find their next electric vehicle, based on what they need. You will be knowledgeable about all things electric, stay up to date with everything the latest vehicle manufacturers have on offer and build and maintain lasting and sincere relationships with customers every step of the sales process.With Innovation Centres in both Glasgow and Stafford committed purely to educating the public about the advancement in electric vehicles, we want to help our customers get ahead of the curve and provide them with a first-class service.Day-to-day duties
  • Taking the lead on our ‘Innovation Appointments’ in showing the visitor round the cars they wish to see and organising test drives
  • Staying up to date on the latest vehicles manufacturers have to offer
  • Assisting with selling appointments
  • Managing our Click & Collect service
  • Helping our customers find their next electric vehicle, based on what they need
  • Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to make sure deadlines are met and we always make good on our promises
