Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £38,000 – £55,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No Saturdays)
Overtime: Available (no bonus scheme)
Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays (inc. Christmas/New Year shutdown)About the Role:
We are recruiting for a reputable independent VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda specialist in Stoke-on-Trent. - Perform vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of makes and models, with a focus on VAG group vehicles
- Use modern diagnostic tools and workshop equipment efficiently
- Deliver quality workmanship to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (NVQ/IMI or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–4 years’ proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with some VAG experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle makes
- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
