  • Helping customers with queries via phone, email or other channels
  • Taking ownership of every case you handle to provide the best resolution
  • Supporting our in-store teams with system and order-related questions
  • Spotting areas for improvement and suggesting ways to make the customer journey better
  • Bringing empathy, calm, and clear communication to every interaction
