We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our team at Diageo Leven in Fife. This is a dual-function role for someone with strong catering experience and the confidence to lead weekend service. You'll support weekday operations and take responsibility for weekend delivery, making this an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step up and take ownership.Role Responsibility
As a Catering Assistant, your main duties will include:Supporting food preparation and counter serviceMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areasProviding excellent customer service to all site staff and visitorsWorking independently and using initiative during quieter weekday shiftsLeading the catering service on weekends in the absence of senior staffEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standardsThe Ideal Candidate
