  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of coordinators.
  • Ensure safety standards across gas, fire, asbestos, water, lifts and more.
  • Oversee asset data, compliance reporting, and certification checks.
  • Identify risks, solve problems, and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Champion a positive, safety-first culture across the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
  • Strong experience in building safety compliance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and landlord obligations.
  • Confidence with data, reporting (Power BI), and risk management.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or VRQ qualifications (desirable).
