- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of coordinators.
- Ensure safety standards across gas, fire, asbestos, water, lifts and more.
- Oversee asset data, compliance reporting, and certification checks.
- Identify risks, solve problems, and deliver continuous improvements.
- Champion a positive, safety-first culture across the organisation.
- Strong experience in building safety compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and landlord obligations.
- Confidence with data, reporting (Power BI), and risk management.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or VRQ qualifications (desirable).
