This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and data protection, working closely with experienced professionals in a highly regulated industry.The RoleAs part of the Compliance function, you’ll provide key administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Manager, assisting with a broad range of monitoring, policy, and reporting activities. Key responsibilities include:Tracking regulatory developments and assessing their potential impact on business processesUpdating the periodic regulatory newsletterPerforming second-level controls under the Compliance Monitoring Plan and tracking related action plansIdentifying compliance breaches, advising management on corrective measures, and following up on implementationSupporting AML activities, controls, and staff training initiativesAssisting the Data Protection Officer with policy reviews, compliance checks, and training contentUpdating and drafting compliance policies and procedures to align with both HQ and UK regulatory standardsAdvising the business on process changes from a regulatory perspectiveOverseeing compliance-related training records and producing regular management reportsPreparing quarterly and ad hoc compliance reports and presentations for internal committeesAbout YouWe’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented graduate with strong analytical skills and an interest in regulatory compliance.
